Aaron James spent 10 years in the Rockies with a major service company in a variety of roles, primarily focused on cementing. Mr. James then moved to a senior engineer role with an independent service company handling cement and fracturing operations in the Rockies. His most recent position prior to co-founding ALTCem was technical manager and sales lead with a fracturing-focused cryogenics company. 

TJ McClure spent 18 years with a major service company in Wyoming managing cementing, downhole tools, acidizing and fracturing operations. Mr. McClure went on to a district manager role with an independent service company for four years prior to co-founding ALTCem.  He leads ALTCem’s operations.

Lucas Albrighton spent 12 years with a major service company, focused on cementing technology and personnel development prior to co-founding ALTCem.  Mr. Albrighton worked extensively in research and implementation of cementing products and processes. He is the technology lead at ALTCem.

John Longwell is an acting board member and advisor to the ALTCem team.  Mr. Longwell is an oil and gas executive with more than 35 years experience in drilling, completions, production operations and service company management. Mr. Longwell held key management roles with several organizations including COGA, Enduring Resources, Gasco Energy, Inc, Prima Energy Corporation and Action Oil Field Services.

Bryan Seghetti spent 18 years with a major service company in cementing, business process and directional drilling roles primarily on projects in Wyoming. Mr. Seghetti most recently was an independent directional driller in the DJ and Williston Basins prior to joining ALTCem as the operations manager. 

Brandon McGuire spent eight years with a major service company in various finance positions in the U.S. and Europe. Most recently, Mr. McGuire was a division controller overseeing fracturing and cementing product lines in the U.S. for four years prior to joining the ALTCem team. He is the finance lead at ALTCem.
